On operational pouches
(ammo) we have opted for a new designed Velcro and press stud open/close
device, as this allows the pouch to be used quickly.
All the pouches have
drainage holes.
All thread and webbing
used has been designed and tested as “rot free” as we believe that this
is a must in an operational environment.
All stress points have
been bar-tacked, a feature often missing in other vests available around
the world, and we have always got our tailors to “over stitch” rather
then “save money”! – The last thing you need is a vest falling to bits
on you in the field.
We have used standard
Molle straps, to allow the end user to upgrade this vest with pouches
that either you already own, or intend to purchase. We understand that
you might have to adapt your vest in the field, with additional pouches,
and as such we don’t force you to use ours.
The configuration of
pouches offered in this model provides the wearer with the most economic
use of chassis space and effective range of Forcequip Pouches we
have so far determined, for use in a Rifle vest.
The vest is based around
the Forcequip Advanced Chassis that has the following features:-
Forcequip Advanced
Chassis
Internal padded belt
system, with internal 3 x dump pockets, secured with 2 x large SR25
clips, similar to the PLCE belt system, allowing maximum adjustment and
weight distribution.
2 x large internal dump
pockets, with heavy duty zips, and pistol holsters in both sides,
allowing either left or right hand draw.
2 x internal d-rings to
allow attachment of equipment to the vest.
Padded internal shoulder
straps – much like the issue PLCE Bergan – this helps to stop “bergan”
rub when you are deployed with a battle load.
Upper left and right
shoulder Molle Straps, allowing fixing of extra pouches should you
require even more storage.
On the rear of the vest is
a large hydration pocket, and 2 x helmet clips, allowing you to carry
your helmet on the vest when the operational conditions allow. We have
also included 2 x elasticated loops to allow you to carry a sandbag, or
other equipment.
1 x large rear drag
handle.
The Rifle version of this
vest then has the following features:-
Lower Left Front
2 x Pistol Magazines
pouch.
2 x Advanced Magazine
pouches – each able to take 3 x magazines each. (A1/A2, M16, G36) –
These pouches open and close used a mixture of Velcro and press-studs to
allow maximum speed when in a contact situation.

window for operation.

adjustment, allowing you to wear it with or without CBA.
Securing
With the 2 x lower Large
SR25 buckles fixed to the belt “system” and then 1 x higher SR25 clip,
making use of the technology that is used in climbing rucksacks, we
believe that we have managed to merge the best possible confirmation,
and allow maximum adjustment to the end user. |
